ECOSENSOR™ FABRIC Eonic-Trackers team has developed textile programs made of specific recycled polyester fibers. These fibers are obtained with a repolymerisation process so called Ecosensor™.They are pure polyester fibers made of recycled polyester textiles, PET films or bottles. Eonic has selected this innovative fabric for its high environmentally recycling process as well as for its technical performances. High environmentally recycling process After crushing fiber and fabric scraps, PET bottles, clothing, a depolymerization process, (distillation/purification) brings to a new polymerization to get a very high purity PET. By spinning it, we get the polyester fiber. This is what we call a complete repolymerisation process made by a Japanese company called Asahi Kasei Fibers. There is an unlimited recycling times thanks to this repolymerisation; The Ecosensor™ process. High technical performances We are mainly using the Ecosensor™ polyester fleece known for its warmth performance without the weight, its high breathability performance (evaporate moisture).
