Raw Materials and Traceability
All of us, our final customers are more and more concerned about environmental issues.
What about the oil reserves, what about water supply, what about recycling efforts???
As a ˇ§citizen-consumerˇ¨ we are acting more and more responsive in front of the ˇ§years to comeˇ¨ challenges. Part of this evolution is reflecting in our way we are managing the raw materials supply.
Eonic and its design team Trackers, in a constant state of anticipation has decided to include in its corporate strategy a strong and steady effort on the raw materials traceability.
Our customers all over the world are increasingly concerned about

- Which company are producing?
- How do they produce?
- What traceability, what kind of control do they have on their own supplies?
Eonic and Trackers has initiated a steady plan in partnership with our different suppliers to develop a specific program which gives us direct access to the different raw materials suppliers.
- Our team is in direct contact with the different potential raw material manufacturers and we are able to clearly identify and understand the supply chain
- We get a perfect knowledge of the new materials availability
- We get a much better control on the pricing structure.
Our areas of focus :Natural fabrics : Soya, Organic Cotton, Silk, Wool, Hemp, Coconut fibre, Linen, Bamboo etc.
Recycled Fabrics : Recycled polyester fibers, fleece with the Ecosensor™ repolymerization process or conventional recycled material.

ECOSENSOR™ FABRIC
Eonic-Trackers team has developed textile programs made of specific recycled polyester fibers. These fibers are obtained with a repolymerisation process so called Ecosensor™.They are pure polyester fibers made of recycled polyester textiles, PET films or bottles.
Eonic has selected this innovative fabric for its high environmentally recycling process as well as for its technical performances.
High environmentally recycling processAfter crushing fiber and fabric scraps, PET bottles, clothing, a depolymerization process, (distillation/purification) brings to a new polymerization to get a very high purity PET. By spinning it, we get the polyester fiber. This is what we call a complete repolymerisation process made by a Japanese company called Asahi Kasei Fibers. There is an unlimited recycling times thanks to this repolymerisation; The Ecosensor™ process.
High technical performancesWe are mainly using the Ecosensor™ polyester fleece known for its warmth performance without the weight, its high breathability performance (evaporate moisture).
